Supplied either a randomization table or algorithm, TheraScan can automatically randomize patients as the enrollment is processed. Using the trigger mechanism alerts can be sent to the site, the manufacturer or distribution center to prompt the shipment of the appropriate investigation product.
This randomization can also be forwarded to the clinical trial management system, either as part of the metadata of the documents, or as a discreet data entry on a server-to-server basis.
